This Privacy Policy explains how BIOKODR (“BIOKODR”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use our website and AI facial-analysis service (the “Service”).

1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Quiz answers — your responses about goals, age range, lifestyle and self-reported preferences used to personalize your plan.
- Photo — a facial photo you choose to upload for AI analysis.
- Account & contact data — your name and email address.
- Payment data — when you subscribe, payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not collect or store your full card number; we receive only limited transaction details (e.g. status, last 4 digits, billing country).
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data (browser type, approximate region, pages viewed) and cookies/similar technologies needed to operate the site and measure performance.
2. Your photo & sensitive data
Your photo is used solely to generate your facial analysis. It is processed by our third-party AI provider (Anthropic) to produce your assessment. We do not sell your photo, and we do not use it to train AI models. Your photo is processed to deliver your result and is not retained on our servers after your analysis is generated, except where you explicitly save progress photos within the Service.
Depending on your location, facial images may be considered sensitive or biometric data. We process them only with your consent, which you give by uploading a photo, and you may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
3. How we use your information
- To provide, personalize and improve the Service and your plan;
- To process payments, manage your subscription and prevent fraud;
- To send service messages, reminders and support responses;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
We rely on your consent (photo and health-related self-reports), on performance of our contract with you (providing the Service and billing), and on our legitimate interests (security, improving the Service).
4. Sharing your information
We share data only with service providers who help us run the Service, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms:
- Stripe — payment processing;
- Cloudflare — website hosting and security;
- Anthropic — AI processing of your photo and answers to generate analysis.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to operate the site and may use analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
6. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, transaction records for accounting). Photos are not retained after processing as described in Section 2.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for such transfers.
9. Your rights
Subject to your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA where applicable), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email support@biokodr.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
10. Children
The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
