These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BIOKODR website and service (the “Service”). By using the Service or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

BIOKODR (“we”, “us”) operates this Service. Contact: support@biokodr.com.

1. What BIOKODR is — and is not

BIOKODR provides AI-assisted facial analysis and a personalized facial-fitness program (exercise routines, habit tracking and general nutrition guidance) for cosmetic and wellness purposes.

Not medical advice. The Service is informational only and is not a medical device, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not replace professional medical, dermatological or nutritional advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a health condition. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions, billing & auto-renewal

Plans. The Service is offered on recurring subscription plans (e.g. 1-week, 4-week, 12-week). The price, billing period and currency are shown at checkout before you pay.
Recurring billing. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged automatically, until you cancel.
Payment processor. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe’s terms. We do not store your full card details.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy). Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period.
Price changes. We may change prices; changes apply to future billing periods and we will give reasonable advance notice.

4. Refunds

Refunds and our money-back guarantee are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Your content & license

You retain ownership of photos and information you submit. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to submit any photo you upload.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: uploading photos of other people without consent; reverse-engineering or scraping; attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access; or using the Service unlawfully.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, design, and software, is owned by BIOKODR and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your own non-commercial use.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant specific results, uninterrupted availability, or that the Service is error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BIOKODR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify BIOKODR against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of the place where the Service is operated.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
